CANCELLATION POLICY: By booking this event, you understand and agree that this equipment is being reserved for your group's date and time, which means Mini Golf on the Go is holding equipment for your reservation and turning away other customers who may wish to book this same date and time. There is a strict 15 DAY cancellation policy. You may cancel your event with no penalty 16 days or more in advance, however cancellations less than 15 days prior to your event will result in liability for the full fee. A $100 Non Refundable Deposit is required.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP POLICY: Our setup time for 9 or 18 holes of golf is 20-30 minutes. We'll typically arrive at your event 30 minutes-1 hour prior to scheduled start time. If your event needs dictate an earlier arrival or later pickup for vendors, please reach out to our office. An additional early set up/late pickup fee may apply if your event requires a set up time well in advance of the reserved start time.

INSURANCE: We carry standard General Commercial Liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate. If you need a certificate naming an additional insured or certificate holder, please furnish us with a sample certificate for our insurer to correctly process your request. There may be an additional charge for non-standard insurance requests.

LOADING/UNLOADING ACCESS/PARKING: The golf course is large and heavy and arrives on carts that are approximately 8 feet long x 3 feet wide and requires direct vehicular access to your event area without stairs, steep grades, deep gravel, or other difficulty in easily rolling the equipment from our trailer straight into the event location. If a cargo elevator is required to access your setup area, please discuss this with our office in advance. We require parking during the event for a standard cargo van/pickup truck and 16 foot trailer with at least 9 feet overhead clearance. If a parking pass is needed, please advise us in advance.

SURFACE: We require a clean, flat surface for setup of the course. Grass, fake grass (turf), concrete, asphalt, etc. are all suitable. If your setup necessitates the course be installed on dirt or gravel, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed if necessary after your event.
